Horror-Enthusiasts, Creepy Characters, Dominatrixes, Cross Dressers, Vampires, and
Scream Queens are encouraged to try out.



NOTE: AUDITIONERS WILL BE ASKED TO CREATE AN ORIGINAL HORROR CHARACTER AND PERFORM A
TWO MINUTE ORIGINAL PIECE OF MATERIAL, MIXED WITH HORROR, SEX APPEAL OR SCARY
PERSONA, THAT WILL INTRODUCE US TO THE NEXT SERIES OF EIGHT FILMS TO DIE FOR.

AUDITIONERS WILL BE ASKED TO PERFORM -IN CHARACTER- A MONOLOGUE OR INTRODUCTION TO
THE AFTER DARK FILMS 8 FILMS TO DIE FOR. MIND YOU, THIS MONOLOGUE CAN ALSO BE
INTERACTIVE, BUT SHOULD BE INNOVATIVE AND MIXED WITH HORROR THEMES. BE PREPARED TO
FIELD QUESTIONS -IN CHARACTER- FOLLOWING THE PERFORMANCE, AS WELL AS PROVIDE US WITH
A HELLACIOUS HORROR SCREAM.



"IN CHARACTER" REFERS TO AN ORIGINAL CHARACTER, CREATED BY YOU, SIMILAR TO THE
PREVIOUS MS. HORRORFEST WINNERS, BUT COULD ALSO JUST BE 'YOU' IF YOU ARE ALREADY
SPOOKY, EVIL, HORROR TYPE CHARACTER. IMPROV ACTORS AND SPOKESMODELS ARE ENCOURAGED
TO ENTER WITH A HORROR THEMED PERSONALITY, BUT THE TRUE VAMPIRES, LITTLE PEOPLE,
DRAG QUEENS, FETISHISTS AND DOMINATRIXES ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED AND DESIRED TO
AUDITION.



WHAT TO DRESS

IF SCHEDULED FOR AN AUDITION OR PLANNING TO ATTEND THE OPEN CALL, DRESS SHOULD ALSO
BE IN CHARACTER WITH HORROR THEMES. NO "STREET CLOTHES" OR "ALL BLACK" FOR THIS ONE.
AUDITIONERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BE CREATIVE AND OUTLANDISH, BUT NATURALLY PROVIDE
YOURSELF WITH ENOUGH TIME TO DRESS PRIOR TO YOUR AUDITION.



AUDITION PROCESS

THOSE WHOM SUBMIT VIA EMAIL ARE ELIGABLE TO AUDITION TIMES 2-6PM ON THE DAY OF THE
CASTING. ALL OTHERS WHO WISH TO AUDITION MAY ATTEND THE OPEN CALL HOUR BETWEEN
6-7PM. ENTRANTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT FOR AN AUDITION TIME TO ENSURE BETTER FLOW
OF THE CASTING. AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD ON CAMERA FOR CASTING DIRECTORS AND
REPRESENTATIVES OF AFTER DARK FILMS/ LIONSGATE, WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF SPEACIAL
GUESTS SITTING IN ON THE AUDITION. FOLLOWING THE AUDITION, THOSE WHO MAKE IT TO CALL
BACKS WILL BE CONTACTED ACCORDINGLY.

ROLES

Casting now for all roles, including leads and supporting players. Male lead
between 25 and 35. An ensemble cast which includes thirty five roles. 20
Female actors, 18 to 64, and fifteen males 18 to 64.

We encourage all to apply. If you are not located in New York or the
Tri-State area we thank you for your interest, however, do not apply. The is
a low budget indie production, and our budget and former experience dictate
that those traveling from a distance are most likely to cause inconvenience
of time, expense and reliability.

All shooting locations are within New York state.
